Cigarettes have known carcinogens and magnify their deadliness by the strong addiction. Another reason tobacco is so deadly is that it is legal. Easily obtainable and in some places still socially acceptable. Marijuana has not been directly linked to the same cardiopulmonary afflictions or cancer due to the fact that is not legal and harder to obtain. Studies are still out but there are some marijuana specific afflictions that involve mostly the psychosocial aspect of its use. Tobacco use is exponentially worse than marijuana.

Actually dopemines get released any time it's the bodys natural way to rewards itself which Is Caused by happiness....n it's doesn't permantely destroy brain Cells...it's not as painful as smoking Cigs,where u actually feel pain from the smoke !

Can't speak from experience since I've never even tried either. I would imagine, though, that cigarettes would be because of the added chemicals. Hmmm, I wonder why they do that. . . maybe to addict people to them.

Okay, I didn't watch any of those videos. Any drug can be destructive if not properly used in certain amounts/dosages. What are your thoughts on cigarettes, alcohol, and other drugs? Drugs can be prescribed medication, so you need to be more specific.
