Which country do you think is more like the motherland

Australia, Canada or USA, I know the first two countries still have that Royal connection, but far as culture , which of the 3 is more true to England's way of living?

Australia

I occasionally watch the Australian soap opera Neighbours and I can see many similarities to the UK. Also Australia play all the same British sports such as cricket and Rugby. I don't think Canada is the most like the UK due to the French influence in Quebec and that they play American sports and are even in the American leagues. The USA split from Britain a very long time ago now and has gone it's own way. Britain also only controlled part of what is now the USA.

I don't think any of those three would apply. England has its own culture and people. Its totally different from the way we do things in other countries. Every country has its own character and style. Also, the Aussies would flip out of you compared them to Pommies. lol

Canada

I would say Canada. Certainly not the USA. And Australia is so far away and so totally different in terms of the people, the land, the environment.
