    Cataño. Definitely Cataño.
It has the highest level of drug-addicts, drug dealers, thieves, robbery, and killers.

Kansas City, because of the boneheads from Missouri that cross the border and make problems.

Well, I live near Harrisburg so I know they have problems. Like a crappy school system and the city going bankrupt.

I hear the most about Stockton. They're about to go bankrupt and they've cut so many services - police and fire among them - that violence and crime have skyrocketed. Even the city's boosters are leaving.

Richmond. I think it's in the top 10 murder capitals of the U.S. but don't quote me on that.

I think this whole state has big problems. Read the headlines, Fl is always in them and not for good things.

Actually, it's a long shot between Louisville and Lexington. We have our Rivals during football and basketball season. During basketball Lexington was throwing couches out in the street and yards having bonfires. Louisville just partied out in the streets of the bars. But in Louisville, we have been having a string of shoot outs with officers, and murders back to back. So it's a tough one.

Though technically not in my state, it's D.C. (I live about 15 minutes west of the city in northern VA.)

Atlanta. That was an easy question to answer, unfortunately.
