hmm...looks like I'm outnumbered, but as a former San Francisco resident, I would think San Francisco would be the most dim-witted. But then, if you want to name a State, California would get my vote...but dang, it's kind of hard to choose between that and D.C. I'd call it a tie, I guess.

Funny how these are choices for dumb hicks in the "heartland" who are totally unaware of the fact that the areas along the coasts are the most educated and sophisticated parts of the country. Yes, we get it, we're "liberal dumbasses"--but really, you're the ones who are fat, stupid, and want to turn this country into a backward theocracy that still burns witches and couldn't rival the likes of Moldova or Libya.
