I'm a city guy becuz that's all I know. The few times I've visited a rural area, it was great. I fear that neither will be safe though. You know of course that Russian troops are gonna do military excercises in Colorado soon. They've toured American police stations and are learning our ways to control unrest. They will be stationed here perminantly. Other countries are also here or going to be here and not for our benefit. Maybe you could find more info and post it here. Look into Operation Mountain Lion, that is intended to get our guns. Neither the country nor the city will be very appealing in the not too distant future.

Small town in the country, close enough to a major city to get the advantages of culture but far enough to miss the traffic.

I lived in the city once, had more stuff ripped off in those two years than my entire life combined. Neighbors right on top of you, no thanks.

I like living in the country, which I was doing until my city annexed us into the city, however I still have half of the farm I grew up on, which is still in the country.

I have always been a Country girl, even though I was raised in a big city.

I like the best of both worlds, living in the Country is good for my kids.

One day though I would like to live in an old apartment in Old Montreal. That`s where I grew up.
Or I would like to live in a Tropical country. old montreal

If I'm barely making it here it sure doesn't make sense to move to a more expensive area.
