This didnt have and "other" category-I try to get it from a variety of sources--I cant stand milk but I eat cheese, yogurt, also leafy green vegatables

I eat tons of yogurt, and fish- especially as sushi, which includes seaweed. And the bones of young children... yummy. But they can't be too young, or their bones haven't calcified yet....

Actually -- Living Rurally (and knowing others who have Dairy Farms) -- it comes VERY FRESH Indeed ... and there's fresh Goat's Milk Cheese .. Fresh Cheese .... Fresh Butter too.

Can't get any better than right from the source .. Family Farms!

My GP told me to eat two tums a day for the calcium. I eat yogurt, but does it have to be yoplait?
I happen to like the weight watchers coconut/pineapple yogurt.

I have been a Yoplait lover since the product was introduced into US markets.

My wife gets mad because I peel off the cover and lick the inside because I don't want to miss out on any of the Yoplait yumminess!

Maybe she is jealous of all the attention I am giving Yoplait?

I do the same thing! HOWEVER....we all may NOT HAVE all these choices in the future with the Senate passing of a wicked food bill Nov.30th which ultimately will result in their TOTAL control of the food supply. One will be required to report on a neighbor if growing too much food...sort of a food "IRS" as another put it. That will be ONE MAJOR way to make people do what you want.....control their food supply. There will be surveillance of growers....even in your backyard and sellers, markets.
