since COW's milk is for CALVES and Goat milk is for Baby goats - I figure mother's milk is for baby humans. Once you are too big for that , you should be OFF the milk train and if you are, you will be much healthier. The five countries with the HIGHEST osteoporosis and arthritis and even some other conditions are also the Five HIGHEST consumers of cow's milk. The dairy association has done a great job of convincing you to consume their product. Just like the tobacco association sold you on cigarettes and the beef association sold you on beef. and the vegetable oil and dairy "association" also contributed to the false notion that cocoanut oil was BAD When really It is better than either margarine or butter because of the balance of the Omega -3 in it. I actually lowered my total cholesterol and raised my good cholesterol by only switching all my fats to cocoanut oil weather baking cooking or spreading on toast- it is cocoanut oil every time. also calcium requirements are much lower if you reduce your meat consumption.

Actually, I get calcium from many sources as well as calcium citrate. No one source is enough.
Dairy products and vegetables are important sources, too. Lots of it and variety is the solution.
