    I used to take a lot of vitamins and now eat some raw fruit and veggies instead, Still take B-12 and Ester C, though. Drink lots of water and we will all feel better. I do eat Yogurt and like the Strawberry and Vanilla flavors.

    This is not really a very good question. Most of us get calcium from many sources. I happen to be allergic to dairy products so most of my calcium comes from supplements.

    I marked yogurt because it's the only thing on the list closest to milk. I'll say this for my family. We consume about 3-5 gallons of milk in a 2 week period. Sometimes more.

    don't like the taste of yogurt, to sour. and fresh vegetables are disturbingly overpriced, I do buy pomigrante and frozen blueberrys and blend them for a high energy drink,but I take vitamins. but the most important thing I do is take three glasses of an herbal suppliment each day. I get it from Dr. Dao of the wellness clinic in Santa Monica. this guy is 38th generation herbalist. if you live in the LA area, go see him. it boosts my energy, clears my mind, and the natural ingredients has to have a calcium deritive, because my nails are stronger and need cutting every ten days. Dr. Dao has been on Dr. Oz and Oprah plus others. amazing man. if you just take vitamins your body is missing the trace elements that are essential for our human chemical factory.

    Supplements AND vegetables. I was raised on milk, cream, butter, and butter milk from our own cows. I cannot stand the watery, tasteless stuff that passes for milk at the local grocery stores.

    Unfortunately, cheese would be the answer, but too much cheese isn't good for you. I like yogurt but don't eat a lot of that either. Supplements---definitely.

    This was the only option I could choose, since vegetables generally have small amounts of calcium, and I have to really be in the mood for yogurt. Mostly, I get mine from milk and cheese.

    I finely grind eggshells from free-range chickens and add them to kefir I make from raw goats milk. Most yogurt has aspartame or sugar and sometimes both.

    For my Calcium I eat Vegetables, nuts and Sesame seeds...

    Milk means Calcium loss...

    Numbers don't lie. Take a look at the following article;

    "CALCIUM AND BONE DISEASE"

    Here is a small article I wrote, there is a great link to a website you must take a look at. I have also included a video;

    It only leads to bone loss if you don't take other vitamins to allow your body to properly use it, which many do, unfortunately. Calcium is one of those elements that doesn't magically go into the system by itself, after all. XD
