Anything with vitamin D, including vegetables are a sourch of calcium. 15 minutes under the sun also provides us with vitamin D.

The 15 minutes under the sun only applies if you are NAKED in the sun. I heard medical doctors discussing this. No buff in the sun for me.Add in the skin cancer factor too. I take my D3, Calcium & Magnesium supplements, and get it the the foods in my diet.

Oh please! I once read an article supposidly written by a doctor. Upon research I discovered that this dude was not a Medical Doctor nor does he have a PHD. These articles can be very misleading. Can you please provide me with the names of these doctors so I can do a little research.

If the skin isn't healthy enough to repair itself after 30 minutes of sun-bathing, then there is a deficiency in the diet of other nutrients vital to skin health. If you have time, I recommend perusing over this journal: http://jdr.sagepub.com/conten...
I'll leave it up to you to connect the dots.

Gee, I'm so sorry for you. My people always have dog cookies for me. I can't think of going through a day without them... You''ve missed a fun part of life. Your people are not treating you right. Maybe if you just wag your tail a little more often that will get you more treats, that's what I do...

Actually, I get mine from a variety of sources. Currently, there is a QC problem with Rolaids (Ca Mg) which I take after a protein heavy meal. Hope they fix that soon. Milk, cheese, and veggies are all good sources and part of my diet. Even the turkey soup has some extra calcium from the bones. Almost forgot the water. Our local Utah water has a
fair amount, but nothing like Davis, CA which has incredible "water".
