I eat a bunch of vegetables. I also like milk and I love eating cheese. I do take a vitamin though just in case. :)

In addition to at least 1 liter of milk daily I also take at least 160 grams of unsweetened unflavoured whey protein isolate.

But mostly from milk -- why wasn't that given as a choice??? Was it a conspiracy from Yoplait? I actually don't eat much yogurt, even though I probably should!

Well, this is what happen when some food contains chemical to keep the food fresh and longer like milk had same additive to keep the milk from spoil. That stuff they put in food make my stomach lining inflamed and cause bleeding in my intestine. I had to flushed my intestinal system out to bring to inflammation down. I'll tell you the best milk is at walmart.
I try it all but Walmart milk had not bother me anymore. I forgot what brand name on the milk but it at Walmart for sure.

Drink your milk boys and girls, whole milk. Its the best thing for you. Helps you shed unneeded fat after excersise and is a great source of calcium.

I chug 2% milk. Sometimes I drink a hot mug of it before bed while reading.

I didn't want to select one because I get my calcium from milk. There should have been and "other" category.

I am so terrible about this! I have to stay away from dairy products due to dietary issues. Instead of milk, I use soy milk. I really don't keep track of how much calcium I take in.

I love soy milk. Did you know that scientists believe that the soy bean may help protect healthy cells from changing into abnormal cells--which is what cancer is all about. When my Gma was diagnosed in Jan. '09, I started reading tons of books and websites trying to find something that would prolong her life. She lived until Dec. 15th. I found that there are several foods that are known to stop (some do), prevent, and some slow down the cancer cells. I think part of the reason she kept going so long was all the foods I gave her and she incorporated into her diet. Some of the best are: strawberries, soy nuts, turmeric (spice), garlic, canned pumpkin, etc. I'll try to post on my page or somewhere on here the list.

Non fat yogurt with low sugar is one of the most assemble-able forms of calcium. However, if I don't get enough, then I would use a good chelated form of calcium in a supplement. Calcium carbonate does not do the trick. Oh yes, I am a Phr chemist and have lots of research back ground in this area.

I use spirulina, chlorella and a good natural multi. I feel that liquid milk products are pretty well toxic and should be avoided for optimal health.

I used to drink HL milk but ever since I got to know that it is good to cut down intake of dairy products, I take this. The tablets contain calcium lactate, which is a better form of calcium if you have digestive problems. Because the common type of calcium found in cookies( even Horlicks) is called calcium carbonate. Calcium carbonate is a highly concentrated calcium but will cause flatulence. So you opt for this according to the correct daily dosage.However, do read the precautions before you consume.As far as I know, those who have kidney stones aren't supposed to take this supplement.
