Not sure, I found this photo on the web, and it reminded me of the way it use to be here where I grew up. the beach sand used to be so blazing white that it would sunburn the underside of your chin and neck from the reflected sun light.
Wow, where are all the motels, restaurants, tattoo parlors, condos, metered parking (what there is of it), and the hordes of tourist from Germany and New Jersey, covering every square inch of beach with their pasty white bodies.
You realize what you have done now don't you....you have inadvertently shown the world photograpic evidence that there still exists places like this in Florida. "Head em off Edna, their head'n fer the alfalfa again!!!
Brooklyn. Close to this structure -- Grand Army Plaza and also the Brooklyn Library. It's a really big library! And the Brooklyn Museum. All within walking distance.
I was born + bred in Liverpool. I still refer to it as Home although i`ve not lived there for 40yrs.
