Warm up and then run two miles. Before I used to skip a day but my overweight friend knew I ran and wanted to join me, now everyday he is knocking on my window at 5 in the morning so we can run.
After I awake, I tend to lay in bed up to another half hour. Either just thinking or stretching and just kind of experiencing a nice slow into the day.
Roze I have to have my morning coffee and a cigarette... I quit smoking for 2 years and recently started again... Coffee and cigarettes go hand in hand...
