this is what I do...

2 tylenol, 1 aleve, apply blue-emu where the pain is. that works great for me.
i have 3 ruptured disc in my lower back. extreme pain.... but this helps!

I don't think I've ever thrown it out. But I have pulled muscles there before. And for that, I pop lots of asprin and wait it out

this is what I do...

I stand with my heels against a wall and slowly straighten up until my shoulders and head are also touching the wall. Now I'm completely straight, and holding that erected posture, I walk around for a while, letting my hips rotate naturally. This helps if the problem involves pinched nerves.

Yes I am. I know of people younger than me with back, knee and other kind of problems. Hey, I jumped out of Airplanes, fought in two wars, ran on concrete for over a decade, played sports, and I NEVER had any back or knee pain.

The doctor told me to take pain killers and muscle relaxants, it breaks the pain /muscle tension cycle which causes the pain. It may sound weird but extra strength Midol works very well.

i just did...couldnt walk AT ALL~~~ i took hot hot baths, and cried a lot!!!! my foot is still numb, but after a week or so, i can walk again! yay!!! oh yeah, and some icy hot creme with a hot pad!!!
