I cry for anger and other emotions, too, but have to be really angry for tears to come in anger. Crying helps to process emotions and is not a sign of weakness as some people believe. I think of myself as a very strong person and have dealt with more than my share of adversity and I think crying actually makes you stronger and better able to deal with whatever comes my way.

Arrrrgggghhhh!!!! my screen jumped as I clicked yes and it registered No.

I don't always cry when mad but when I do, look out! The crying makes me even madder. I feel weak when I cry from anger. :(

Yes but only when I'm super pissed though. When I get mad I yell or slam doors but when I'm beyond pissed I cry from how frustrated I am, or when I work really hard on something and someone messes it up. Ughh that really gets to me!

I just introspect and ask why I'm choosing to be angry. When repressed, anger becomes sadness. It's healthier to deal with the anger, in my view.
