It's rather embarrassing, but whenever I feel any strong emotion--sadness, anger, even happiness, my eyes have a tendency to tear up. I hate it!

only if im very VERY angry though (usually about stupid past situations that are still taking place). however it usually involves me also punching walls and kicking/knocking things over and stuff. but i dont break stuff cause then id get in trouble and that would just piss me off even more in the situation (plus if you break something you cant use it anymore obviously). however there are many times when i do FEEL like breaking stuff also when i am pissed.

I don't. I don't move. I don't speak. If I do, I will become dangerous....and violence is not always physical. I've tried to walk a3way all my life, but I've been blessed with people who want to follow me and 'make sure I'm okay'. Someone is going to gt hurt that way, so I've taken up meditation. Give it a shot.

No, I don't cry anymore, especially not when I'm angry. What I do when I'm angry all depends on what's making me angry. I could go for a walk, go over to my girlfriends house, break stuff in my room, listen to music or simply take revenge on somebody that's causing me anger. Never cry, it's not a sign of weakness as most people think, I just find it sad. I'd rather do something to vent my anger instead of sitting in tears and self pitty.

its very strange. when im angry, i want to hurt someone or destroy something really bad, but since i know that doing that would get me in trouble, i'm not allowed to do anything so i end up crying tears of anger.
