Not every time. But if I have to wait a long time, you're darn tootin' I will pick up a magazine and look at the pictures. Businesses have cut down so much on their staff, that wait times are double and triple what they used to be, and sometimes you can NOT get anyone to help. My time is just as valuable as their bottom line is.
