Well, I personally like to naturally dry my hair. So it really depends on the mood or the events of the day. Sometimes I like taking one in the morning cause then my hair is easier to handle don't have to go to bed with wet hair. Then there's always if I just need to relax at the end of a rough day I like to just stand underneath the flowing water, helps relieve stress and helps me wind down before I go to bed. But then that means, going to bed with a wet head. xD

When its just me in the house. So I dont have the kids or my husband asking where things are or asking questions. Its just best to take a nice shower with no one bothering me.

i usually take mine in the evening. that way theres no big rush for me to get ready for work in the morning. all i have to do is get up get dressed and head out the door. takes me around15 minutes.

Yes. I wish it weren't bad for your skin because I love it. In the morning it invigorates me and gets me going, at night it helps me relax and sleep better and it is just a nice escape in the middle of the day
