I like using very hot water, and it relaxes me. I would be useless if I showered in the morning, because I want nothing more than to crawl into bed when I am done.

Actually, I shower at all hours of the day or night, nothing set in stone. But I do prefer the nighttime showers, getting into bed all squeaky clean and all. But I love my showers whenever I take them, period.

I was thinking of saying "When ever I feel dirty and at least once a week weather I feel dirty or not."
Then I thought no, I would say ""When ever I feel dirty and at least once a month weather I feel dirty or not."

Me either and many times I shower before bed as well.

Many times I have to soak in very hot water before bed so I may go to sleep.
It relaxes my muscles and the pain is not so bad.

Evenings ordinarily - after the gym or whenever I need or want one. On balance evenings is more hygienic - wash the dirt of the day off and go to bed clean....
