I am a Scientific Pantheist or a Naturalistic Pantheist. God is the Universe or Nature. God is the totality of existence, everything and everyone is part of God. God is not humanoid, It does not have personality or persona, it does not have gender, It is not jealous, it does not crave our worship or prayer. God does not have desires or concerns, It does not speak to people, It does not hear prayers. Pantheists venerate the Universe for its totality and its order. They are (at least mostly) environmentalists out of respect for Nature. They are (mostly) Humanists, concerned with the welfare of others and of humankind. My personal religion is a mix of Traditional West African (Yoruba) and Native American (Muskogee) religions, reflecting the mixed heritage of my people, the Black Seminoles.

Agnostic. I can't prove there is and I can't prove there isn't. So, I admit I don't know. If the leaders of all these churches know that there isn't and they are continuing to put up a front for their own power and money then that would make them the greatest criminals and frauds in history. Bashir Assad looks good by comparison. But I do not know for sure. If there is a God he's loving George Carlin these days...

It is true that it's hard to disprove a negative but say to any religious person: Prove it. Or say to any atheist person: Prove it. The answer is the same. They cannot. Therefore only truly intellectually honest answer to the question is... Agnostic. Fact of the matter, whether we want to admit it or not, we're all agnostics.

Well, in an intellectual, theological sense, I am a Pantheist, both scientific and spiritual. I believe in the Great Spirit of the Sioux and in Mana of the Polynesians. But I agree with Twenty Beauties, in practice I mainly worship attractive women.

I don't really understand Pantheism. The Universe is too big and complex. I am not as spiritual as Spinoza, but Jewish Pantheism starts with him. Einstein is the main Jewish Pantheist thinker since Spinoza, I agree with him on everything, so far as I know. But I am also influenced by Erich Fromm and am a Humanist in his tradition. The real Rosa Luxemburg and Emma Goldman are my great heroes and contribute much to my Weltanshauung. I am a scientific Pantheist as opposed to a spiritual Pantheist, but despite this, I am very interested in Mana. I also have an interest in folklore and mythology, with special veneration of Asherah, the wife of Yahweh, and Lilith, the first wife of Adam.

New labels, new movements....this was interesting and I DO embrace the Native American spirituality....I know it is more than my love of nature and this planet and the Great Spirit....as all is connected...
