I start with thighs only (best part of the chicken)
Skin it
dip it in melted butter (or better... Smart Balance)
roll it in crushed Rice Krispies (or something similar for variety)
Bake it.
For restaurant preference: KFC original recipe.
All those fats will end up in your brain giving you Alzheimers.
