What's Your Favorite Shoe to Wear in the Summer?

Flip flops or just barefoot. There is plenty of soap and water at the end of the day.

Sandals that don't had a thing stuck through you toes! I hate that feeling!

walking barefeet on grass is lovely. wouldn't recommend it in town centres where there may be broken glass

Fit-Flops ... they are the MOST comfortable, supportive thong style shoe. I wear them year round ;-}

Flip flops are just something associated with summer... I love them! They are do easy to put on and off at the poolside. I have to say, I like my espadrilles too though.

But I remember when my family went to this resort in the Dominican Republic, and I spent the better part of five days barefoot; it felt really awesome not having to wear shoes outside. I think I even went barefoot to lunch once or twice! :)

i really like my wedges (like high heeled sandals), but for the beach and things either barefoot (which it what i do most of the time) or flip flops

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my vans and converse, but flip flops can't be beat in the summer :D

You can put them on in like 1 second and in 1 more second you can be barefoot. It's done, son- they're amazing ^_^

I consider sandals and flip flops almost the same. I love them because they are the closest to going without shoes, which I feel is too hard on your feet. Not to mention there are so many pretty sandals out now with lots of bling, making them fun to wear.

I hate flip flops. They don't do anything to help your feet. and you walk slower.

I love it when my girlfriend wears her white flip-flops! It highlights her bare feet and makes it very obvious that she is not wearing nylons (which she does almost always!).

Actually, I would prefur to be barefoot, with flip-flops a close second. The reason I
chose sandals and wear the same for summer footwear, is primarily for safety issues.
Sandals offer better protection from stepping on sharp objects often encountered on
the ground than bare feet do, and also state law prohibits bare feet in most restraunts.
Also most shopping malls and retail establishments require some form of foootwear
on account of mandates from their insurance underwriters. While I love flip-flops almost
as much as bare feet and wear them whenever possible, I do find them too easy to come
off my feet at times. I find that sandals, with velcro straps and buckles midigate the
situation of feet parting company with footwear at the most inconvenient of times.

Leather or woven hemp Japanese sandals are my preference if can find them, they keep my feet cooler.

I like sandals the best. i can't wear flip flops. I have very narrow feet and they totally fall out of flip flops. I love wedge sandals during the summer months.

During very heated days, even my feet need to breathe. XD

Flip flops are not proper footwear and sometimes sneakers are too hot. I like simple and comfortable shoes- not trendy monstrosities.

actually its flip flops most of the time but it depends on what im doing like when i go to cedar point and do a lot of walking sneakers are best. flip flops dont do it for me there,
