First dates can be nerve-racking. And you only make them worse by wearing the wrong outfit. A blogger for howaboutwe.com grilled her guy friends about "first date fashion no-nos," and came up with a handy list of "don'ts" for ladies looking to score a second date.

According to the site, women should NOT wear:

--Anything too revealing. As in, "Short skirts, cleavage-bearing anything."

--Too much makeup. "You might think it looks OK, but guys don’t like to see your face caked in makeup," the site says.

--Uncomfortable-looking shoes. "Do a test before your date -- if you can’t walk normally in them, leave them at home," the site advises.

--A hat. Especially a cowboy hat.

--Anything too dressy. Unless you want him to think you're ready to walk down the aisle.

--UGGs. "This came up a few times," howaboutwe says.

--A huge purse. "They make you look high-maintainence which makes guys think you’re an expensive date blahblahblah, not fair but true," the site reports. What do you think is the biggest first date fashion no-no?

What about, what a man should not wear on the first date? Sexist questions like this make me sick. It is all about what a man wants or expects on a first date. This is a very insulting question. It denigrates women.

About too much makeup and anything too revealing, who gets to decide that? Obviously it's not too much for the girl, or she wouldn't wear that much.

As for uncomfortable-looking shoes, why do guys care? Also, how can he even judge by looking at them if they're uncomfortable or not. I wear heels every day and people say they're 'uncomfortable-looking', but they suit me just fine.

Also, a huge purse? Define huge. Besides, sometimes girls need a lot of stuff. Especially depending on where you're going.

And a hat and UGGS? Why would anyone care? Like really? I don't get it.

I just choose that just to vote, there should be none of the above. Okay this message is to all of the women if you want advice I'll give you that the expects won't tell you because they don't know the truth, so I could take it or leave it so here's my advice: When you're on a date always and I mean always be yourself and that includes wearing whatever you what to wear as long as it covers you completely, no rips, and holes in them, and has no violence things on there those things are guns, knifes, etc on them. If you want to wear sweatpants on a date then wear them, and if you want to wear a hat than wear it, and if a guy doesn't like it then tough.
