I always feel a little bit nauseous / sick, some days worse than others but it's ever-constant. It's rare I don't feel sick actually. Been that way for as long as I can remember - when I was a child it was because I was getting migraines all the damn time and they hurt in the form of stomachaches and nausea. Then I don't know what happened, I just got sick and never really started feeling any better.
Let's see, I'm 19 now and this has been going on since I was at least 13, maybe only 14, so 5 - 6 years I've felt sick, at least slightly nauseous. I'm pretty sure it's related to my sleep disorder, the migraines, the blood pressure problems, and the anemia. And then there's the stomach ulcers, which I can usually get rid of thanks to my grandmother pouring nasty home remedies down my throat.
Then there's the fact I never eat in the morning, which makes me feel even worse (then again, if I eat in the morning - or before a certain time - I might actually vomit). And when i do eat it's usually junk food or something with chocolate in it. Unless it's a real meal, in which case I practically inhale my food so that never settles well on my stomach. Overall it's a combination of my medical problems and my bad habits. If I improved my habits I'd probably feel better, maybe, but I know how my body works with how I operate now so I don't want to risk it.
