What would you rate your state on a scale from 1-10?

We have a weak total bleeding heart governor, two do nothing liberal senators who just pick up a paycheck. Our unemployment problem is horrendous and that makes us a total welfare state. States that are climbing out of this slump are conservative free market governments who make lowlife welfare parasites work or get the fuk out.

your right...dems in every major seat of government, high high taxes and major unemployment, Govenor Moonbeam. Some very good weather normally.

I live in Illinois, and If you allowed on your poll, I'd give it a negative 10 rating. The very fact that I'm near the end of my life, and haven't the energy to liquidate my holdings here, are the only reasons I don't vacate this awful place forthwith.

The state of California is beautiful, it has everything where most states have just one of something, but along with the mountains, the ocean, the redwoods, the desert and things of beauty is a state that is in trouble created by our Politicians and continues today by them. Everyone of the stinking jerks should be sent packing. We are in debt by both parties not doing their job. I have my roots here and own my home if it wasn't for that I would give them wind burn leaving. I don't recommend anyone moving here. We have the same Nanny crap going on as New York we have illegals by the car load and liberals that think it is fine to let them stay. It is a sorry mess.

I agree with almost everyting you just said. Having said that how can you blame the Republicans when the dems hold every major office in cities, state and federal governments.

How about our unemployment, high taxes, bussiness running away from and not toward us, and who is in charge of all government seats???

I'd call CA one of the bottom five in just about every meaningful category.

I give Puerto Rico a five. I'm an Agnostic Pansexual/Skeliosexual living in a very Catholic-strict and anti-LGBT country. It's hard.
Also, this whole country is just completely corrupted. Our government is a shame -most corrupted people come from the government ._. -. Seriously, it sucks.
BUT it's very "family friendly", in a way. It's very inviting. The flora and fauna is beautiful. So. Yeah.

I give Ohio a 3. It's noisy, full of swearing, smokers and tied up dogs. It's either very hot or very very cold all the time but it's full of nice people, churchly moods and education, lakes, ponds, music and parks.

The only two reasons I'm even thinking of giving Georgia over a 2 are Savannah and Atlanta. Other than that...this state kind of sucks.
