My state can be considered the Bible Belt of the north -_-
But I also lived in Fla for most of my life that state is in the negatives. lol
And i know this sounds cliched, but i thought it rained really often in Oregon, and usually has an overcast :P lol
I've found out if I ever wanted to move from GA, I'd move to Anderson, SC. Simply because it's a nice little city full of nice people and lower prices :P lol
+ amazing universities, beautiful mountains, interesting people
I'd probably rate my home state (NC) lower if I didn't live in a semi-progressive area.
