Donate blood? No, I have a needle phobia.
Shoot someone? I'd probably miss.
Donate an organ- no.
Buy health insurance? I could not afford that.
I can afford to buy someone food though!

I'd go as far as donating blood if we were the same type. But I'd also buy them food if they needed it. Actually, with the homeless around town asking for money, when I have money, I'd rather buy them food (if I'm not supposed to be somewhere) than give them money. One never knows if they'd buy food or drugs and alcohol.

I have risked my life for strangers... not sure I'd go that far today at my age and in today's society...

I guess how far I'd go and what I'd be willing to do would depend on the situation...
