My lower back hurts and i was wondering if there is some things I could to do to make it it feel better

    I dont know any relief but good posture, even while sitting in a chair! can help prevent further/more issues.

    Lay on your stomach, and elbows. This will help relieve pain, and make sure you use ice after laying on stomach and elbows

    It depends on whether the problem is spinal or muscular and on whether or not you do strength building crunches and other exercises for your abdominal muscles. If it's a compressed spinal disk, stay off of your feet for a day or two. If muscular, get a massage.

    I have very painful lower back problems. Often this can be spine degeneration, or not having a straight spine. Chiropractors give some temporary relief; professional back massages are fantastic. The product "Aleve" can give some back pain relief. When lifting heavy objects bend your knees; don't put the weight on your back.

    I use an ice pack and ibuprofen, but if it hurts for more than a few days I suggest going to a doctor or chiropractor. . .

    pur a small bag of rice in the freezer for about 30 mins then put it on your back
