I would be breaking out the tactical gear and organizing with patriotic American majority to defend this country against the traitorous regime that declared it.

First of all, Martial law is not mentioned, or authorized, in the Constitution and is therefore Unconstitutional. It would be, without a doubt, Unconstitutional to declare a nationwide suspendion the Writ of Habeas Corpus. Suspending the Writ of Habeas Corpus can only be used in an area of Rebellion or Invasion. Historically this has only been used during a war or insurrection in a small area.

The suspension of habeas corpus allows an agency to hold a person without a charge. Suspension of habeas corpus is often equated with martial law.

Secondly, to declare nationwide martial law would be act of war against the United States by a rogue regime. We would then have the Constitutional right and duty to remove the traitorous regime by any means necessary (preferably the military, even though the military would be instructed to enforce the suspension).

Article 1, section 9, of the US Constitution:
"The privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it."

Its coming, Obama has already put in place an executive order that extends the 10 largest city police forces to leverage military capabilities as needed. This was put in place within 6 mnths of his election. There is no doubt it is coming, within 2 years....
