    1450 thread count Egyptian Cotton. I have been called a "bedding snob" by my wife because I will only put nothing below 1200 tc on my bed. I figure I work damn hard to provide a nice life for my family and all I ask for is top of the line sheets to sleep on, plus, I have never heard her complain about how amazing they feel! HA!

    Once you feel the difference between say 250 and 1000 you will pay attention. Hell even 450 compared to 250 is like night and day!

    Hm, I try to always get at least 300, unless they're 100% cotton jersey knit ones. Those are always comfy :)

    Satin 300 and in the summer and in the winter flannel and I have no idea of the thread count. Don't tell anybody but while in the summer my wife use the satin pillow cases, I keep my flannel. I can take the cold sheets but not the pillow case.
