What theme would be more fun for a seven-year-old boy birthday: Angry Birds or Ninjago?

There are alot of games i could make up for them to play outside with Ninja themes.

more fun playing angry bird than watching ninja's actions.

I was forced to watch Ninjago with my next door neighbor's son and his friends. None of them were interested in playing Angry Birds with me.

if the kids arent disabled, why not take em to an amusement park or a lakeside picnic or something? if the heat is oppressive in your area, find a roller rink or a pool. an indoor party for a bunch of 7 yr olds just means your gonna have to get the carpet cleaned.

Ninjago is a TV show created by the Lego toy company based off of a toy series they made.

Ohhh OK. Well in that case, I know that when I was 7, I would have been more interested in ninjas than birds. Surprisingly, it's a tie to me now.

A strange set of options. If it must be one, I would imagine kids would prefer the ninjas to the birds.

How about get those swimming noodles and let the kids battle it out! They can't hurt each other and it will burn energy. We did it at a party and the kids loved it. the Battle was on!

I don't like nijas so any scenario that means they can get crushed is fine with me.

Angry birds can't see ninjas. So they won't know what they're flying into...EXCEPT A TRAP!!!

I don't like either. Children have enough violence thrown at them. Just look at these tittles: "Ninjas chop Birds" "Angry Birds crush Ninjas" How about a good old fashioned pizza party, or some good backyard fun games. Hide prizes around the yard, let the kids find them. We are talking about 7 years olds.. Blow up loads of balloons let the kids pop them. I bet they would have a great time, rather than playing some "Ninjas chop Birds" game.

With Ninjago there is more to work with. You have both the Lego element and the ninja element. With Angry Birds there isn't much too work with. Ninjago can be riffed on creatively by doing obstacle course games created by you (it can be silly obstacles like having to hula hoop three times around or real obstacle course type events like swinging across monkey bars) which riffs off the ninja part of your theme (Ninja Warrior). You can have a pinata filled with candy and whoever breaks the pinata is a master of party ninjistsu. You can have a lego party cake with figures and vehicles of various Lego lines meeting the ninjas of Ninjago. Angry Birds is just some silly iPhone game that should be sooo over now but for some reason has managed to claw and scratch to stay in the spotlight for now going on it's 17th minute of fame and failing back into obscurity is going to happen for it soon enough. While this is the direction I'd personally go it should be his choice unless he can't make up his mind on the matter.

Oops, should be Ninjas over Birds. Anyone can enjoy the honorable killings of sneaking up on a family and slaying everyone with shurikens or poison darts from afar! :p Angry birds are fun but overhyped.

Eh, I prefer Angry Birds. The seven-year-old boys I know (meaning two of my cousins and my friend's little brother) like Angry Birds better than ninjas.
