Couldn't pick out the heaviest cross so instead I'll pick my greatest blessings. Getting through all the problems and seeing the beautiful light at the end. Amen!

Rebuilding after Katrina. Seeing my city under water and so many lost was a heartbreaker.

Going thru a divorce at the same time my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's - she knew she had something wrong, because she knew there were times she didn't remember anything. That was really, really hard - watching her know she was loosing to the disease. The marriage finally falling apart at the same time - some pretty dark days.........but God carried me through all of it, and gave me strength I never knew I had.
