Funny but I don't think that much about my ego. I did when I was working, defended more positions but being older it just does not seem that important.

Many people want to get rid of the ego. It is very hard. You're gonna sit for a very long long time, and your legs will go stiff and numb. Getting rid of the ego is a supertask ! The funny thing there is nothing to get rid off, beceuase ego doesn't exist ! It's an illusion ! The biggest ego-trip is trying to get rid of your own ego ! ;) ( ... ). If you, the reader, still have a problem with this and want to seriously "do something about it" i recommend to listen to one great lecture of a great philosopher - Alan Watts. Best it has been in a long time, feeling very positive and confident and healthy. At this moment I can honestly say that I'm at peace with myself and am happy with all my flaws, and love myself no matter what anyone else thinks. :-D
