    My "take". OK, I am sorry women get into circumstances where they are faced with having to make the decision of whether or not they CAN be a mother. I am GLAD these women HAVE THE CHOICE to obtain a SAFE, LEGAL, medical abortion. I DESPISE those people who believe it is THEIR right to condemn others for making the choice to abort, and I become LIVID when people IGNORANTLY state LEGAL abortion is "murder".
    I cannot find the words to describe my "take" on how I feel when ANYONE feels THEY have the right to dictate to any women what she CANNOT do in HER situation regarding HER pregnancy. This is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

    BOTTOM LINE, IS I have done extensive research, I KNOW what is and what isn't, and although abortion is unpleasant and emotionally draining, it MUST be keep safe and legal. NOBODY condemns YOU for doing things THEY do not "approve" of - WHERE on earth do YOU (no, I mean you, not some book) get the right to condemn THEM??? Don't approve of abortion? That's your personal choice. Keep YOUR opinions to yourself, and by all means do NOT ever have an abortion. YOU are not "the boss" of the world's female population, and never should be.

    im not for it, but im not against it either. i agree with what METALheadMom said. people have no right to call women murderers for doing what they think is in the best intrest of themselves and their family and not to mention, the embryo/fetus/baby

    Except when the mothers life is at risk, the baby is incompatible with life(I mean will die before or shortly after it is born). Rape.... I'm not so sure on. The morning after pill is fine, if the girl is 15 or under I can understand it completely. Older? Depends, while I can understand I would rather see counseling and place the baby for adoption. Nothing is perfect in the case of a pregnancy as the result of a rape and abortion may not be the answer. Studies have shown that many are sorry after the fact. Once the deed is done you can't undo it.

    I personally could never have an abortion but it's a personal issue that should be left up to EACH state to decide how to regulate it properly. I believe it's wrong but I can't live the life of every woman and make thier decisions for them. I can only live my life and be the best woman, wife, and mother I can be and let each woman decide what to do and hope they can live with thier decision to murder their unborn child before it could even live. I can't judge them because I'm not thier judge and I wouldn't want to be.

    A zygot is not a person, a fetus is not a person. If you think these are people, where are all the graves for the miscarried "people"? If you thought they were people you wouldn't just flush them down the toilet.

    I know many women that have miscarried and KNOWN have them flushed them down the toilet and many, as did I, have buried them with the love and respect they deserve. You know nothing about it I think.

    At ANY cemitary hun! Call your local church and ask them what happens when a mama m/c her baby. They will direct you to the section of the cemetary for kids and babies although some like we have family plots(some have a place for creamated remands in the motuary).

    We kill lots of things every day. That doesn't make it murder. Murder involves killing a living, breathing, thinking human being. An early stage fetus does not qualify.

    Really? A fetus clearly doesn't breath, it's in a liquid environment. An early stage fetus does not even have a nervous system, much less a brain, it cannot think. It is living, as are plants, bugs, and lots of other things I bet you have not problem destroying.

    Many people believe that it is the mother's choice for am abortion, but the fact that the child didn't have a chance really devastates me. He/She is am innocent new born, Why are you going to do something like that to someone so precious. That is my honest to god feeling about abortion.

    call me a heartless bitch But I am completely for a womans right to choose. I don't LIKE the fact that people get abortions and I would NEVER get one. But sometimes the girl isn't even capable of caring for the baby or her life is at stake if she goes through with the pregnancy.

    From what I've researched abortion has been around since ancient times obviously not as safe as now but they still did them either because of health reasons or because they didn't want them so it doesn't look like we've changed much lol

    Islam says in the case of harm to the baby, or the mother, rape, incest it is acceptable. Otherwise No.

    But is this the next thing now that we have made pre birth abortion legal? Amazing that once you go doen a slippery path, it seems to get steeper and steeper.

    I see it as a necessary evil. I just wish we would say what it is. It is killing a baby. Not give PC terms that not spell out what the reality is.
