The leaves are changing colors, the weather is getting crisper and Pumpkin Spice Lattes are becoming the go-to coffee drink. This can only mean one thing: Fall is here and Thanksgiving is just around the corner. So, it's time we get in the spirit.

I just recently had some Butter Mochie; it was delicious.
I also like da kind Coconut Haupia.
I recently lost 50 pounds over the last year. I did it by quitting fast food (economic necessity) and stopping the drinking of a gallon of sweet tea, which cut out a cup and a half of sugar every day. The sugar had obvious effects, but that and the monsterous amount of caffein will knock your adrenals outta whack also. I eat as many sweets as I want now; just without the tea. I didn't even have to exercise on any hard to maintain regemin. The weight came off noticeably and ;pretty soon my belt had 7 extra notches and my clothes were billowing!
You could be right about strict beliefs otherwise. ???
