Ambrosia salad with marshmellows, coconut, pinapple, marachino cherries, mandarin orange slices, & cool whip. I can eat gallons of it.

And I've never had a sweet potato pie. Sounds good. I've had sweet potato souffle, but truth be told we make the souffle with yams...they're kinda sweeter than the misnomer "sweet" potato. It's kind of like Iceland and Greenland. Iceland is actually greener (vegetation) than Greenland.
