Lemon Chess

I love my Lemon Chess Pie that I bake using my Yellow Cornmeal Crust. I also bake a Southern Pecan Pie with butter, but no dark syrup. I grew up and have lived in the South all but 3 years of my life. I also love true Yam Pie. Georgia Peach Pie is so good, as in an Apple Pie baked from Virginia Apples. Heck, I love most any pie.

Love pie....with the exception of Pumpkin...don't care for it at all. Also, don't like Rhubarb with my Strawberry pie. Will add three to your excellent list...German Chocolate pie...(it's to die for!), Lemon Icebox pie...(yummy!), and Shoo-fly Pie...Amish/Dutch favorite.

More or less a tie between Cherry, any Berry, coconut cream and banana cream. If you include pie a la mode, then Apple might break into the Cherry/Berry group. Apple would make the top group if it's homemade and not so extremely sweet as is often found in restaurants.
