We live in a townhouse right now and it's very accommodating. Ours is 2700 SF and located right along the Occuquan river (also known as the river of dreams). I love being close to others, but also having plenty of back yard space that we are only responsible for a fraction of. And we are on the corner which gives us windows on the side. Doesn't feel like we are in a town house. I seriously wouldn't mind living out my days here. :)
