Tis the season to eat, drink, and share recipes. Every year I expect a certain entree, side dish, dessert, and beverage for the Christmas holiday, because it is a tradition. I enjoy my momma's ham that's cooked in Coca-Cola, with her famous green bean and broccoli casserole. My sister makes turtles for dessert (dad's favorite); they always have just the right amount of caramel. My nana bunny makes me the best hot chocolate, literally its a blue ribbon prize winner in three counties!

I also like Pannetone a type of Italian sweet holiday bread that is made with brandy or grappa and has little pieces of candied oranges, raisins or currants.
It's bisquick, any sausage of your choosing, and like a pound of cheese. You roll into little balls, and kids love to do this, plus their hands are the perfect size for making the balls. Refridgerate overnight, put on cookie sheets bake 350 for 15 mins. It's Christmas time. I also have an awesome breakfast casserole recipe, let me know if anyone wants exact measurements.
or Turducken
Steam the asparagus until tender crisp. Mix together 1 C of slightly soft butter, 2 TBSP lemon juice, 2 Tsp dill weed and salt and pepper, Drain asparagus, spoon butter mixture over while hot, ENJOY.
I also like Butter Pecan Fudge, and Grilled Filet Mignon on Christmas Day.
