Swimming. Other than that, whenever I get the urge to exercise, I usually lay down until it passes.

If you put the effort out they will work great..I am a big guy that has a hard time getting all the cuts..You get your cardio and weight training done at the same time..both Insanity and PX90 use muscle confusion so it makes the body guess..LOL
