I have 21 piercings but not that strange. I guess people find my nipple and clitorial hood work beyond the norm. I find surface work more "wierd" than any of these.

I've seen alot of weird piercing, but when someone shaves their head and puts one on the top of their head, that is just straight out weird.

I once saw a guy in Ireland that had a piercing through his chin/neck into his mouth. I don't know how that worked. He also had many other strange ones and bright green hair.

I lived in Seattle for a short time and this guy showed me his piercing "down there" like he was showing me a new puppy he got! LOL. He was so proud of it! OUCH!
