Mine is 6 Medium Sliced Potatoes, 1lb Lean Back Bacon (Streaky won't do) One Large Onion Chopped. Cup of Water, Salt and Pepper to Taste. SIMPLE!
Slice the Potatoes and layer into a cassrole dish in layers of Potatoe, Onion, Bacon salt pepper and repeat this process until complete. Add the water and Bake on a Medium heat for 1.30 hours(Make sure it doesn't boil dry)
Buttered Crusty Bread is great with this recipe. DELICIOUS!!!!

three pounds baby reds( quartered), three TBSP olive oil, four TBSP Cajun spice mix( I use Tony Chacher's). Preheat oven to 400F. Drizzle potatoes with oil and season with spices, hand mix to coat evenly. Place in baking dish in single layer( I use clayware by Pampered chef) and bake until browned, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
My kids call this "Salty Potatoes".
You can order it here:

That is a full case of 12 cans which should last a good year. I don't know if these sites will ship to you overseas, if I find one that will ship to you I will update with a link.
cut chicken breast into chunks (whatever size you prefer) then cut ripe tomatoes into chunks (one per chicken breast) heat a frying pan with olive oil. fry chicken until cooked. season with salt n pepper toss in tomatoes. its done when the tomatoes have pretty much liquefied and turned saucy (dont forget the salt, salt makes the juices come out of the tomatoes!). serve over rice with any veg for a side and voila!
1 bowl
1 spoon
Milk
cereal
Remove from pan.
On med/high heat, add butter to the pan (as much as your conscience will allow!)
Add 3/4 cup of beer, simmer stirring frequently until reduced by half.
Add shrimp, toss to coat well and serve!
mmmmmmmmm
2 packages of firm tofu
sliced into little cubes. Stovetop (fairly low heat) cooking, preferably in a cast iron frying pan, saute in oil (we use vegetable oil) till browned. While stirring often.
Add soy sauce to taste. Keep stirring. Add nutritional yeast till the tofu is a bit dry on the outside. Basically to taste but use quite a bit.
Pepper if wanted. (I don't use pepper)
Make spiral noodles, or have them already prepared. Mix into your tofu mix. Test it and add what's needed while still stirring, Put in bowl, get fork and enjoy ^.^
You can do ANYTHING with tofu. Its a great and healthy alternative to meat. Cruelty free, low fat, no hormones and yummy!
For vegetarians:
Best Damn Grilled Cheese Ever:
Texas Toast Sized Bread, tomato, cheddar cheese, butter, and garlic salt.
Make a paste of the garlic salt and butter, spread on outside of bread. Take two slices of cheese and two tomato slices and alternate them to make the sandwich (cheese, tomato, cheese, tomato.) Put on a baking sheet in the oven, flipping once, until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden. Enjoy!
For fish lovers:
Saged Dory and Spiced String Beans:
Frozen or fresh dory cuts, string beans from a can, butter, sage, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper.
Take the dory and rub it with sage. Melt a pat of butter in a medium sized sauce pan and brown both sides of the dory until cooked. Dory cooks fast, so expect to eat soon! Drain the string beans until there is just a tiny bit of water left. Empty them into a small pan, add salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. Heat until warm enough to eat. Place fish and beans on a plate and enjoy!
For meat and potato lovers:
Arkansas Smothered Potatoes:
Potatoes, polish sausage, onions, vegetabe oil, salt and pepper.

Cut the potatoes into chunks, the sloppier the better! Slice the polish sausages into circles, like you'd chop a carrot. Dice the onions, but not too finely. Through all ingredients into a cast iron skillet with vegetable oil and cover. Stir frequently. It's done when the potatoes are mushy enough to squish with the spoon. Enjoy!
For those with a sweet tooth:
Spiced apples and ice cream:
Apples, cinnamon, sugar, flour, butter, and French Vanilla ice cream.
Add the butter to a large saucepan until melted. Slice the apples into big chunks. Throw into the pan with cinnamon and sugar. Add a dash of flour to help the sauce thicken. Heat until apples are brown and your house smells like cinnamon. Pour over a bowl of ice cream and enjoy!
I only can make 2 things really well.
Breakfast and Salads....
in another bowl, 1 cup (whole) wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp sugar, mix well. combine with liquids, mix by hand just enough to combine.
add blueberries if you like.
pancakes!
brown the hamburger in a pan, in another large pan prepare the noodles or rice. Add the hamburger to the noodles/rice. Add both cans of cream soup and add enough milk to make stirring easy. Warm up and serve.
It's bland, but it works, especially if you don't feel 100%
