Signing up for insurance can be a pain the neck, but without it you could end up footing a bill you can't afford. Health insurance has taken a prominent spot in politics lately as the government attempts to get basic coverage for more people, but good coverage will never be completely free, and selecting a plan that's understandable and affordable can still be a chore. Let us know your thoughts on insurance with this six-question Quick Poll. We'd love to hear from you!

I have Medicare HMO. I like it, but I have no way to get coverage for the $35 co-pays or extra not covered.

Health insurance is extremely important. But if someone slips and falls on your property and sues, good luck with those slimly lawyers. Plus your car is property and you can't drive without insurance.

The F*@)#$ING health insurance companies are a scam. Won't go near them. Paid United Health care as a customer for 12 years and when I went into the hospital for an infected kidney. Was also diagnosed with diabetes and THEY CALLED IT A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION AND DROPPED ME. Two weeks later I had a $115,000 hospital bill that I'll be paying off for the rest of my life. I HATE HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES. United has been calling me at least once a year to see if I want to become "covered". Gee, it's funny how they hang up on me when I ask them about that incident when their company DROPPED MY ASS!

My house and my new motorcycle. Had my old one stolen just last week, so I added comprehensive coverage with a quickness. I'm young enough that since my work does not offer health insurance I don't seek it out myself. The neighborhood health clinic gives me decent medical care that meets my needs and is affordable for me.

They have to treat you at the hospital. If your house is destroyed you are S.O.L.

My property is important, of course, at my age--but more so my health as it enters its final years. My children are grown, my wife is self-sufficient in her own right.

Health is the most important, with the way your doctor and hospital rates are if you don't have it you will go broke!

my life after death...in Paradize..Keeping my heart full of love..free of hate... I gurantee such insurance...so, nothing may insure my health or my family health if I respect the value of the insurance (money) more than the value of who gave me such money.. God or Allah

I think the most important thing to insure is, that your love ones know you love them
And that they love you. And it cost no money or co-pays

Liability insurance, to protect your from losing your shirt over an accident is a good thing.

Time is $$$ friend. In other words, my debt to you means that you own my life.

you can make payments on your hospital bill but if your house burns down with all of your stuff in it or if you get into a car wreck and you're uninsured then, you're just screwed..

No such thing as Health Insurance here, well there is but I wont pay for it, thats why we have a National Health Service. The government takes a huge percentage of my income to pay for this so the next important thing to my health is my house. If it was destroyed I would be homeless and that thought is unbearable.
