I have worked for over a day, like 28 hours or so once. A few more time 18-22.
I was young. It was stupid on part of my employer, but not uncommon at the time. Thankfully you don't see that anymore in industry.

I used to work 12 hour shifts. but when the next staff not show, I worked over 18 hours with no break and i was pregnant.
