My doctor says that it is good to be in the sun IN MODETRATION !! EARLY MORNING & LATE AFTERNOON!! Vitamin
D is a good thing from sunlight for most people

I like Neutrogena products. I have Neutrogena sunscreen with 100 SPF and it filters out UVA and UVB rays.

Not going out into the sun is the best sunscreen.

Next best is long sleeve white cotton shirt and pants. and a large brim hat!
