those are all good.. but try pressing your hand with your thumb and index finger at the meaty part of the opposite hand that is next to the webbed part between the thumb and index finger..I know it's confusing.. but try it for headaches that aren't migraines..lol
It really depends on the type of headache. I was at a point where my headaches were so bad I had to be put on prescription medication for them. But now, usually Excedrin Migraine does the trick.
I would have to say...it depends on the reason why you have a headache.
What you take or not....also depends on whether or not you're allergic to it.
If you have a headache for lack of food intake...then eat.
If it's stress then you might need to kick back and put a hot clothe over your head and relax a bit with some nice soothing music and maybe a nice massage.
If it's a MIGRAINE......you need HEALING....fast....ONLY God can help. (smiling) Those are NO joke.

I keep a tank of oxygen at home, and when I or one of my family gets a headache, we just breathe in 100% oxygen for about ten minutes and it's gone like magic.
Never Aleve--it's a blood thinner. Extra strength Tylenol for a headache. If you have a migraine--go to the hospital and ask for a migraine cocktail--these work everytime--of course you will need someone with you, as this will knock you on your a$$--but rest assured, it will most definitely take care of your migraine--been there done that.
