That's just too weird coming from a stranger where I live. If I were in town, since we do have a lot of tourists, it could happen. I've heard of people asking to use toilets but not asking for toilet paper. I'd be pretty skeptical. I wouldn't let them in my house and I'd probably get one of my guns just in case.
