Basic list: chopping block, chef's knife, paring knives, saute pans, sauce pans, olive oil, onion, garlic, pepper mill, salt cellar, sauteing and stirring utensils, wooden spoons, salad spinner, strainer.

hard to say, because i use everything, sooner or later.
Probably the kettle and teapot would be first; followed by mixing bowls, because i bake stuff every day
