We've all seen Plastic Surgery. It can make you look like a Barbie or it can make you look like a model. We've all seen lip blow-ups that have failed, and worked. What do you think? Beautiful or not?

For reconstructive purposes, not generally a question of propriety; but for "enhancement" or other recreational uses: go with what God gave you. I find the waste of medical expertise on such things to be morally repulsive.

Sometimes people can go... overboard. once is the first, you're not satisfied, second... still not satisfied then you realize that your never satisfied so you want more until it's too late.

there is a fine line there. I would say if you don't like how you naturally look then I guess it is you're choice. And I think that facial reconstructions are different if like for a burn victim. hmmm gave me something to think about.

For some people it is a god send but like all things it can be abused. I blame the doctors who put money before common sense for their patients. Look what they did to Michael Jackson who ended up looking like a freak.

It all depends on the use of it. If a person is disfigured due to some type of accident, or a burn victim, I'm all for it. On the other hand, just to get it to help improve your looks, I don't care for that. A pair of fake boobs is so unattractive to me, or when you see women with these giant, puffy lips, that's a turn off.

Do it if you want, and it has an important role with victims of scarring accidents, fires and animal attacks, but I think a woman is more attractive when she is confident enough in her own skin.

I have had plastic surgery, very expensive. If a plastic surgeon offers too good a deal, better run away. I went to a very good plastic surgeon in New York. Before he would do any cosmetic surgery he sent me for extensive eye testing, a physical to make sure my heart was in good condition. If you can afford plastic surgery go for it.! A good plastic surgeon will improve your natural features, not turn you into a freak.

All of the ones shown here are pretty bad. I would never want too much done but as one begins to age, a little plastic surgery wouldn't be bad to stave off the inevitable ravages of time. You know, a nip here, a little lift, a little tuck there...I would do it if I could afford it but that's not on my list of priorities.
