What do you think of House Bill HR 45, Blair Holt Licensing and Record Act of 2009. Basically taking our right to own Guns away?

HR45 makes it illegal to own a firearm unless it is registered in a database in Washington. As a Gun owner you will have to be fingerprinted and provide your SS# and DL# and maintain a valid address at all times. You will also have to have mental and physical health records on file. This is real, look it up!

As a matter of fact I have done 2 polls on HR45, and made a poll today asking people to write in to Glenn Beck, and ask him to do a show on it. The American people need to be informed! Please come check it out.

It is an anti 2nd amendment and would be an unconstitutional law. It will impose taxs and undue regulation as well.

I have nothing to worry about, I am already on file, it's when they want to illegalize certain guns of there interest.. it's just the thought... they have to know everything, and it isn't going to keep the guns from being in the wrong hands, look at illegal drugs, they can't get a handle on that..

Gee and they wonder WHY they are targets (not only of hate)? If they try to take my arsenal (2nd Ammendment right) I will take their mouths (1st Ammendment right protected by the 2nd) so no more BS comes out. Death to all that Oppose our rights and Constitution.

register a car, dont have insurance,they take away your right to drive and sometimes take away your car.registar a firearm and they can take that away too.criminals that steel cars and firearms dont care if they are registered,they will steel someone elses and get away with it,but a law abidiing person will get the book throwed at them to make a point.

That doesn't take guns away at all. You can still own your guns can't you? You just need to be registered, like with a car or for a voting card.
Why on earth should we sell weapons that are designed to kill as if they are toys but make people go through tests and training just to drive to work?
No one is taking any rights or property away from you are they? So what's the problem?

The Bill of Rights prohibits the government from infringing on our right to keep and bear arms. Licensing or "registering" constitutes infringement. It's none of the government's business what type or how many firearms we own. Training to learn what the hell you're doing is only common sense.

Im not being sarcastic here but the contituion does not give the government the right to regulate or limit the type of arms we are permited to own either. If I wan't a fully functional M1 tank and can afford it I should be able to have one! But more to the point the 30's ban on fully automatic weapons is unconstitutional as well!

The only reason to register our guns is for the eventual taking of them. There are more people who die signing in the church then in gun accidents! We know what guns are and how to handle them we don't need government bureaucrats telling us how to use them how to store them and if we can own them.

Lic guns like you do cars and the accidents will become as great as that of car accidents.
