i'm not sure what to call the experience it was too brief for me...but i can tell you i was able to see myself and the people around me...i actually traveled through the building i was in to another wing sort of a sensation like floating or flying...i was even able to tell the people i observed in that other area what they were doing and wearing...then i got yanked back like i was on a bungee cord

I had to get my blood sugar tested one time when I was 15, and as they took my blood I passed out. It seemed like 2 or 3 mins that I was going threw this dream like state, where as when the doc. final woke me up they (there were nurses as well) said I was out for 15 to 20 mins. But I believe my brain went into dream mode when it happened, and my thoughts led me to think: "Well what do you think would happen if your brain didn't work." So I'm at that point. =[

i believe your brain does not cease to "work"...just ceases to keep your body alive...just my opinion
